MOHRs are programmable cutting machines in which the precise and gentle oscillating bevel cut is performedhydraulically. This allows the dwell time of the blade at bottom dead center to be adapted to the material. The special cutting precision is due to the robust design and direct dimensional measurement. The stainless steel table surface is extremely slippery and enables easy handling of the material, which is supported by air nozzles as standard on the MOHR Cutter 80. The pressing pressure can be infinitely adjusted to any material to be cut using a rotary knob with scale. The PLUS model is operated via an ergonomically arranged 18.5" touchscreen display. The Compucut® software can automatically generate cutting programs from cutting data from the preliminary stage. This reduces set-up times on the machine to almost zero. The process visualization provides the operator with a graphic display of the material handling, thus eliminating errors and waste.
