Tecnau TC1000-T high performance turbo cutter

The TECNAU high performance cutter is composed of modular groups, assembled with rigid metallic structures and high-precision components that guarantee long life and easy maintenance.

TECNAU cutters are generally integrated into complex systems and production lines such as laser printers, bookmaking systems, high-performance inserters, and finishing-on-demand applications because of their high reliability and durability.

The main structure is built with stabilized aluminium and steel, reinforced with a cross bar of stabilized cast iron.

The cross blade group and the side trimming circular knives are designed as removable and interchangeable cartridges (patented) that can be easily replaced by the operator.

Two different models of cross blade cartridges are available:

• Oscillating Blade Cartridge (TC 1010)

• Vertical Blade Cartridge (TC 1020)

  Either cartridge can be used with the TECNAU cutter depending on customer needs. The two cartridges are interchangeable and can be swapped within minutes.

• Oscillating Blade Cartridge achieves the highest durability and cutting speed in applications not requiring strip removal.

• Vertical Blade Cartridge is able to remove strips, of the same blade thickness, in a single stroke.

The TECNAU cutter features adjustable sockets that allow for easy height adjustment of the paper level to connect the cutter to other equipment.

The TECNAU cutter offers one or two feeding channels and is able to cut and trim continuous stationery of various formats and materials, both with single and with dual webs.
